Woodmancote Preschool is staffed by an enthusiastic and dedicated team of Early Years Specialists consisting of the Managing directors, who work in with the children and staff on a daily basis, Early Years Educators, Forest School Leader and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). We are a small team of staff who are in Preschool for several sessions each week. The children benefit from getting to know the staff well and feel secure as there is consistency and routine.
All of whom have had experience in bringing up their own children and all have qualifications in teaching and early years education.
